Terrene Craft International were commissioned as the Landscape Architects for this mixed Villa and Townhouse Development in Ningbo. The Landscape Works included streetscape design, open space network design, community centre external space design, commercial centre external space design plus parks for a range of park sizes and uses.

The Site Master Plan allowe for the development of a number of park styles from intimate local parks for small social gatherings of residents, to larger neighbourhood and community parks suitable for larger community gatherings. All parks were designed to be obstacle free to allow for diversified and comfortable access by all resident and visitor age groups.

With the temperate climate of the Ningbo Region, the plant palette used was a combination of evergreen and deciduous trees, shrubs and groundcovers. Through careful selection and placement of the plant material, it was possible to provide a plantscape that provided flower and leaf colour all year.
