CENTENARY ROAD ESTATE
CLARENZA, NSW CLIENT: Confidential Terrene Craft International has been commissioned as the Landscape Architects for this Rural Residential estate near Grafton, NSW. The landscape works included designing a detailed Entry Landscape Statement, screen planting along the Centenary Drive frontages and street planting works to the internal estate road. Due to a change in topography along the internal road, different street trees where selected to highlight the "gully areas" from the "ridge areas". The plant palette was built around local indigenous plant material that is commercially available. Where such plant material was not available, then alternative native plant material was selected.
