Terrene Craft International was commissioned as the Landscape Architects for this small lot housing estate in Causarina Beach, NSW.

Working closely with both the Client and architect, TCI was able to meet the main challenge of providing courtyard designs which are both functional as well as aesthetic for such small lots.

Through considered design, TCI has also been able to incorporate street trees and low shrub and groundcover planting works within the constraints of the internal drive court.
