WATERFRONT AND AL KHARAEJ RESIDENTIAL PRECINCTS
LUSAIL CITY, STATE OF QATAR CLIENT: Lusail Real Estate Development Company Jeffrey Allott was contracted by Parsons International Limited to provide Landscape Design Project Management services for the Waterfront Residential and Al Kharaej Residential Precinct within the overall Master Plan of the new Lusail City Phase 2. In total, when fully developed, Lusail City covers 15 square kilometers of land to the north of Doha and will house a population of 200,000 residents (rising to 450,000 working and visiting) in low, medium and high rise residential districts supported by commercial, retail and recreational facilities. The Waterfront and Al Kharaej Residential Precincts included hard and soft streetscape landscape works, pocket parks, waterfront promenades. semi private beaches, recreational facilities (playgrounds and a skate park) along with water features, shade structures and public amenity kiosks.
