FOX HILLS STREETSCAPES
LUSAIL CITY, STATE OF QATAR CLIENT: Lusail Real Estate Development Company Jeffrey Allott was contracted by Parsons International Limited to provide Landscape Construction Project Management (Contracted) services for the 23 kilometres of Fox Hills Streetscape across two package, the 7.5 kilometre Priority Streetscapes and the 15.5 kilometre Balance Streetscapes within the overall Master Plan of the new Lusail City Phase 2. In total, when fully developed, Lusail City covers 15 square kilometers of land to the north of Doha and will house a population of 200,000 residents (rising to 450,000 working and visiting) in low, medium and high rise residential districts supported by commercial, retail and recreational facilities. The Fox Hills Streetscapes included hard and soft streetscape landscape works including pedestrian and vehicular crossing pavements, street trees and mass planting works, irrigation networks and emission systems, street light and traffic works installation plus infrastructure works installation coordination.
