EVERTON PARK, QLD CLIENT: My Wealth Builders Pty Ltd Terrene Craft International has been appointed as the Landscape Architects to complete the Construction Documentation, Council Approvals process and Contract Administration works associated with this prestigious development in Everton Park. The Landscape Works is in three packages as follows:
To date, TCI has successfully taken the Rehabilitation Zone though the Construction Documentation process, Local Authority Approvals and the Tendering Process including the appointment of a Landscape Contractor to undertake the works. The Rehabilitation Zone works are being expedited by the Client with assistance from TCI to ensure the Rehabilitation Zone landscape works have been undertaken and establishing by the time the first stage of the housing works including the associated Public Landscape and Private Household Landscapes are complete. The Public Realm Landscape and Private Household Landscapes will be installed in three stages as per the building works programme.
