WATER SPORTS RECREATION COMPLEX,
YAMBA, NSW CLIENT: Confidential Terrene Craft International was engaged by the Client to provide Site Master Planning services for developing a Preliminary Land Use Concept Plan for a mixed land use development project feasibility study in Yamba, NSW. The site was a former aquaculture farm and contained extensive canals and water ways which have been incorporated into the Master Plan design. The feasibility study looked at defining a range of land use options within the existing site framework. The proposed land uses include:
