Terrene Craft International was engaged by the Client to prepare a Master Plan document to guide the staged renovations of the existing landscape works to the residential compound.

The Master Plan process considered a number of aspects relating to the existing landscape and proposed methods for staged improvements to the landscape works.

One of the main purposes of the Master Planning process was to provide real cost savings to both the operation and management of the landscape works.

The works considered in the Master Plan including:

proposing a site wide Landscape Concept to provide guidance to the improvement works
pedestrian pavement conditions and upgrades
design extents of turf and mass planting areas to rationalize extents of both
a planting design strategy to provide continuity across the complex
a plant palette based upon existing site plant material to allow for the progressive implementation of the planting design strategy
revised irrigation planning to allow for the efficient use of water
