SIMPSON Terrene Craft International was engaged by the Client to prepare a Master Plan document to guide the staged renovations of the existing landscape works across their rural residential property. Much of the Master Planning works revolved around resolving a number of critical overland flow and associated drainage elements. The Master Plan process considered a number of aspects relating to the property uses plus existing landscape elements and proposed methods for staged improvements to the landscape works.
