WU LING YUAN INTERNATIONAL VACATION HOTEL,
ZHANGJIAJIE, PRC CLIENT: Confidential PROJECT: TCI was engaged to provide landscape master plan design, detailed design and documentation services for a Five Star Hotel in the scenic Zhangjiajie Region of Hunan Province. The combination of a small intimate site with steep topography required an innovative design approach to resolve site planning issues relating to guest car parking and bus parking arrangements, emergency services vehicle site circulation, storm water management to prevent soil erosion both during and post construction plus the development of aesthetic and sensitive retaining wall structure design solutions. The landscape design solution included the selection and combining of plant materials to convey the grandeur of an International Five Star Hotel.
