Working with our International Client, TCI has been closely involved with the project development assisting the Client with land use master planning to include road layouts, infrastructure corridor alignments plus site specific site planning for individual allotments.

The entire project is an environmental remediation project for a highly polluted area within the People's Republic of China. The environmental remediation is based upon waste to energy systems that are capable of converting a range of waste material into a clean energy source )gas or liquid) plus clean water all with ZERO CARBON EMMISSIONS.

The industries to be sited within the Industrial Estate are considered to be heavy industries which produce extensive quantities of toxic waste. All waste streams produced by these industries can be successfully and fully treated by the waste to energy systems proposed.

ROLE: For this project, TCI was responsible for development of the:

Land Use Concept Master Plan
Infrastructure corridor master planning
Site specific master planning including building concept layouts and massing designs.
