Terrene Craft International was commissioned as the Landscape Architects for this mixed Villa and Townhouse Development in Ningbo. The Landscape Works included streetscape design, open space network design, community centre external space design, commercial centre external space design plus parks for a range of park sizes and uses.

The Site Master Plan allowed for the development of a number of park styles from intimate local parks for small social gatherings of residents, to larger neighbourhood and community parks suitable for larger community gatherings. All parks were designed to be obstacle free to allow for diversified and comfortable access by all resident and visitor age groups.
