Jeffrey Allott is the Director and Principal Design of DynamIC1 - Terrene Craft International and brings with him over 35 years of experience in Urban Development gained globally.
Jeff's industry background includes roles in Landscape Project Management, Landscape Design Office Management, Site Operations Landscape Management plus traditional Landscape Architectural roles from landscape technician through to Associate Directorship level. The range of landscape and urban design projects worked upon includes new city developments, new town centre developments, town centre redevelopments and enhancements, urban plazas and civic spaces, streetscapes, commercial and institutional building settings including podium and roof gardens, parks and open space networks, hotels and resorts, residential estates and compounds plus private residential landscapes. During his professional career, Jeffrey has worked on many landmark projects in Australia, Kingdom of Nepal, Peoples Republic of China, The State of Qatar, the Kingdom of Bahrain, Republic of Korea, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Republic of Philippines and the Republic of Korea. He is able to bring the experience gained from those projects into all of the project commissions that TCI undertakes. Jeffrey likes to have a "hands on" approach to all projects that TCI is commissioned for. His approach to all projects is to "start with the end in mind" to achieve a truly successful project outcome. This approach commences with understanding initial project feasibility studies and continues through to working with the project management team, design team consultants, construction team plus operations and management teams to achieve a quality end result that all project parties can be proud of and that are truly Environmentally, Financially and Socially Sustainable. |
