PERTH, WA CLIENT: Confidential While under contract with Cardno (WA), Jeffrey was the Lead Landscape Architect for the design of a balcony landscape to the 21st Floor of an Office Tower in Perth CBD. With all o f the building works completed prior to the installation of the Balcony Landscape, the design solution required a modular design with all elements pre-fabricated off-site and designed to fit within the Buildings Service Elevator. The off-site prefabrication of all the decking elements, pergola elements, plus seating units and planter boxes allowed for these items to be installed with the least amount of noise and disruption to the working offices located on the floor.
